General Rules & Conduct

1. Discipline First – Students must maintain the highest standards of discipline inside and outside the campus. Any misconduct may lead to termination from the institute.
2. Decorum & Respect – All aspirants are required to follow the set decorum, respect faculty, mentors, staff, and peers at all times.
3. Focus-Oriented Environment – Activities that disturb the academic and training environment will not be tolerated.

Fee & Payment Policy

4. Fee in Advance – All course fees (monthly/quarterly/yearly) must be paid in advance before joining classes.
5. No Refund Policy – Once the fee is deposited, it is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
6. Extra Charges – Study material, hostel, uniform, or other facilities may have separate charges, which will be informed in advance.

Mobile Phone & Communication Policy

7. Personal Phones Not Allowed – Students are not permitted to keep personal mobile phones during their stay or classes.
8. Official Numbers Provided – LWS provides official contact numbers through which parents and students can communicate at fixed timings.
9. Parents Cannot Force – Parents are requested not to demand personal mobile phone access for students, as this rule is strictly to ensure focus and success.

Rights of the Institute

10. Policy Changes – LWS reserves full rights to make changes in class schedules, curriculum, faculty, rules, or any other policy without prior notice, if deemed necessary.
11. Termination Rights – Any student found violating discipline, misbehaving, or indulging in unfair activities may be terminated without fee refund.
12. Use of Name/Photographs – LWS may use student names, photographs, or success stories for academic and promotional purposes unless parents opt out in writing.

Academic & Campus Policies

13. Regular Attendance Mandatory – Students must maintain 100% discipline in attendance; leave will only be granted in emergencies with prior approval.
14. Hostel & Campus Rules – Hostel residents must strictly follow the hostel timetable, mess rules, and security guidelines.
15. Dress Code – Students must wear prescribed uniforms (if any) and follow grooming standards set by the institute.
16. Decorum Always – Students must maintain proper behavior and follow LWS culture both in classrooms and hostel premises.
